I know what the directions are for dosages,and when they say to take it. i was just wondering if anyone takes there cell tech at a different time like 1 hour to 30 min before working out and right after our what? the first time i took creatine was before woking out and i experienced alot more pumps,dose this happen to you while on cell tech, and how do you feel about taking it right after your workout?do you still have the pumps durrring your work out by taking the creatine after you workout durring the matenence phase?
