Hey whats up.I've been training for about 8 years now.I'm 22 yrs old.Now Most of my training was during HS for football and baseball so it was more to gain strength than anything else plus I didnt pay attention to diet or anything back than. But I guess I've been working out hardcore now for about 6 months or so.Now my question is how long did it take you guys to get to where you wanted to be at.Now I know alot of you will say your still not there but for all you that are at like 10% bodyfat how long did it take you to get to that point and where did you start from.

well bro all that shit you did for school sports was mainly, squats, bench press, military, power cleans, curls, and shit like that, I say to become experinced is the first key. It can take up to 2 years of training just to figure out what your body responds to. I garuntee you that theyre are people in the gym that do the same fuckin lifts and never get anywhere, what they are failing to realize is that theyre body is not responding to that lift. Training is not just about going to the gym and deciding what lift your gonna do and shit like that. It all starts with your mind, you must train in your mind before you train your body, without mindpower the body will not grow like you want, you have to visualize what you want your body to look like and lift the weights with your mind. I say it will take you up to one year to figure out what you need to do to achieve the physique you want, or even longer, the best thing you can do is go buy the modern encyclopedia of bodybuilding by arnold schwarzenegger. Get on a good routine, eat, and rest, and the rest will be history, it doesnt happen overnight, you must set goals and train effectively with intense emotion!
