Question about Yahoo Messenger

Heres the problem. Someone hit me up for the first time on YM while I was off line so they left one of those offline messages and one of the options for that is to accept if the person adds you to their list. So i click accept and poof, the offline message dissappears and now Ive got now way to reply to this person nor do I know how to find them since they arent on any of my lists (she asked me to be on her list, not the other way around)
How do I find this person on YM again???? Are they logged somewhere????

If you clicked accept then you will be added to that persons buddy list...once added you will be prompted to add them to yours. Its all friggin confusing.

Now if you did not hit accept and it went poof then you are screwed.

ok then, all i have to do is wait for them to log on and see that i accepted.
