Question about working out

Hi 20 years old here, been lifting for 5 years, im 5'10 and weigh about 185(not sure body fat %).Goal is to be over 200 pounds! but lean muscle, low BF.
I just started my 10 week cycle of Test-e and i know its not suppose to kick in about two to three weeks but i was weighing about 180 last week and gained 5 already. But its probably from me eating like a horse preparing for the juice to kick in. Now my question is that is this work out while on juice good for fast gains? My first week of this felt like it wasnt challenging enough, like i would finish my work out in 45 mins... Inputs on what to do would be helpful thanks.

Two muscle groups a day.
Example: Back and Biceps ( after each set anti weight up)
4 sets of 6 reps (curls with dumbells)
4 sets of 6 reps Dead lifts
4 sets of 6 reps preacher curls
4 sets of 6 reps standing/sitting rows
2 sets of 10 curls with cables
as many chin ups as possible after.

Then that would be day 1. Im not sure but to me it was quick and not as if i was giving my 100 percent effort to get gains.
Ill say thank you in advance because i wont be able to look at the repys till tomorrow around this time.
 
I don't even know where to begin...

you really started a cycle without knowing how to work out?

Base you back workout on deadlifts, barbell rows, and t-bar rows.

For biceps use standing barbell curls and standing dumbell curls as your base.

damn.

I know how to work out man, i dont know what is proper while on juice. There is so many different combinations to work out. I just wanna know if there is a proper one while on juice to get the best of it, thats all. Some help plz.
