Hi im new here. I started working out last may and have gained about 25 pounds give or take a few pounds and gotten a lot strong. But lately I have hit a block. The last few month I have been about same strength and I wonder is it because of my schedule. I work out 3-4 times a week and just do like 1 or 2 excercises for everything except my legs because i run a lot. Should i be splitting up as in one day for chest and back one day for arms etc.?
