Hey guys,
I have been training for 5 to 6 years now with my last 2 years being intense, consistent, and focused on results. I am 21 years old and stand 5'11 and weigh in around 189lbs to 194lbs. I have just started my first cycle of winny. It is made by atlas pharmacetuicals and comes in 10mg capsules. I take 1 capsule in the morning and then one later in the evening before I train for a total of 20mg daily. I realize that is lower than most people take but I didnt want to go to crazy for my first cycle. I also take between 450mg to 600mg of milk thistle to protect my liver. Now I was wondering since its summer and gthe cottage is out, how bad it would be to consume some alcohol. Im not talking getting shitfaced and puking and passing out, but how bad would it be to have a few drinks while chillin with friends and gettin a head buzz going? Take note that I do not drink often, I dont drink casually and I rarely drink on weekends anymore. Your honest thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks bros
p.s I read an article about a study done at yale university that says aspirin is believed to be beneficial for the liver and strengthing and protecting it. Anyone else know of this?
