Hi, I have been looking around but I don't really get something ..
Are the proteins in the Whey pure aminoacids or is a compound protein with a low digestive response?
I have reed that all of you take your protein shake PWO, but if that proteins are going to be in your blood two hours later, shouldn't be better to take them PreWO so they'll be there when your muscles are more receptive?
By the way, witch one is better the Pure Whey or the Isolated one?
Is Prolab a good branch?
