Question about waxing and burns...

Yesterday I went to get a haircut and get around my eyes cleaned up. Anyways, I get that done, but the fucking bitch must have applied to hot of wax or something because just a little beneath my eye, to the side, there was a red burn streak. This morning it doesnt hurt as bad, but it's still there and seems darker.

I'm not too familiar with all this, but is this typically supposed to happen? This burn streak? It didnt peal when it first happened and she never said anything so I assume the intial burn wasnt bad enough to cause permanent scarring..but thats more just me telling myself that to keep my cool. Any creams or tips to help this shit go away? otherwise im taking this company out of business.

Sometimes when they pull the wax off it takes a little bit of skin with it. This is what could have happened and it is common. If is a burn, then yes the wax was too hot, that is why they call hot wax. Either way it should go away in a few days.
