Question about uses for those stretchy band things.

Ok one of my boys is like a fuckin klepto.But anyways every once in a while he'll give me shit if it has anything to do with fitness, snce he knows I workout alot.Well any ways he gave me one of those stretchy bands with the two plastic handles.What can I use this for and is there like a sight that would show different stretches exercises etc.. for this product.

I dont know the resistance of those, but I bet you could pump your side/rear delts with about 40/50 reps, but basically its probably worthless. If women can use it, and women use teeny tiny weights, its another way to exploit money out of hopeless females.
