Question about T3

Whats your schedule? how much are you taking and at what doses? what are you attempting to achieve from taking cytomel?
I suggest taking it at 1111222233334444333322221111 and then 1/2 pill for the final 4 days. I just finished this with great results. eat a clean diet and take in plenty of protein and results should be noticible around day 14 or so.

It will start to stimulate your thyroid immediately - which will in turn release hormones which will increase your metabolism.

I started T3 2 weeks before leaving on a vacation, and took all the way thru 11 day vacation and I ate everything and anything I liked and still lost 8 pounds.
 
I probably am telling you something you know here but please be carefull with the T3, I have had a Thyroid condition for years and it's no fun having to take medication every day for the rest of your life. Thyroids a dodgy thing to mess with. :bawling:

I'm running the T3 like this:

(They are 25mcg tabs)

11222224444444444444444444444 333333333322222222221111111111

Cardio 5x/week 20min each session, w/Heart Rate X>75%. I'm also running clen with it.
 
I tried it out before I allowed my girl to take it, just to be extra safe.....Anyways, I was off-cycle, and eating regularly, normal meals, no take-out crap etc... and I noticed a visible change within 7-10 days. My abs were coming-out nicely, and my baby-fat from my bulking was almost all gone. This all without any cardio, or extreme dieting.

Here is a typical day for me...

Meal 1:
1 cup amazing egg
4 slices extra lean turkey bacon

Meal 2:
6-8oz. Chicken Breast
1 cup green beans of broccoli
1/2 cup oat meal
1 teaspoon natty PB

Meal 3:
6oz. Chicken breast
1 cup green beans or broccoli

Meal 4: (pre-workout)
1/2 cup oatmeal
1 teaspoon natty PB

or

bowl of cereal w/skim milk

Meal 5: (post-workout)
2 scoops ALL THE WHEY PROTEIN
30g dextrose

Meal 6:
Chicken & greens yet again :(
 
I believe the answer you're looking for is that it takes about 24 hours for the T3 to effect your RMR. So you should be benefiting from it on the 2nd day. You may not notice any visual improvements for a week or so, but rest assured your metabolism will be faster after 24 hours. I've never gone above 50mcgs myself but even at that dose it really makes me lose the water and drops my weight even if I cheat a bit on my diet. I usually gain a good 5 pounds of water after my free day, but while on T3 at a measly 50mcgs I would sometimes end up lighter the day after my refeed. I can only imagine what 75-100 could accomplish.
