question about strongman

well it's more of a question about A strongman; who can tell me why jouko ahola is not competing anymore? i was watching a rerun of WSM today and thought to myself; where the hell did he go?

Its could be an injury , those guys are always getting hurt lifting that much weight ,, i remember years ago i was watching it and some guy broke his leg doing the refrigerator carry..

I believe he has had some pretty bad injuries that have kept him from competing.

yeah i just saw your reply on the chat board bfold, thanks! thought i'd ask the question over there as well since this thread was near the bottom pretty quick.
i'm surprised he went into acting though, i'm gonna check on imdb which movie that was...
