Question about some winny

Hi all new to the forums some info about my self
6'4 250 pounds
Larger build frame
I have done only one cycle of dbol by it's self and blew up in size and strength

Now I would like to lose my fat
Would winny be a good choice to help me keep my mass while shedding my fat?
Also could I do under the negative 500 cals a day if I do decide to do it again

Any tips or advice is more then welcomed
 
How old are you? How long have you been lifting? What is your diet looking like? What is your routine looking like? What is your bf now? What are you expectations/goals? All these are important questions...

That being said....You are def going to want to run it with a test (Test Prop seems to be the way to go for cutting). If you want you could add some clen in there which will help melt the fat off you, especially if you take with test and whinny.

I would steer away from Tren since your only experience was with dbol only. Test/Whinny cycle would do you good, def cutting calories is going to be big factor (dropping bf is all about diet man). YOu will also need to incorporate cardio, I would probably say 3 times a week to start and see how you do, then re-assess your progress to see if you need to add more or decrease it.

If you have diet and training right WINSTROL will help tighten you up.
 
I lift 6 days a week hit every body part twice bi cepts 3 times bc they are small for my body

I'm 27 been lifting sense I was 15
Was a college linemen around 340 In weight droped to 225 but lost allot off mass did one cycle of dbol got to 265 so now I basically want something to help keep lean mass while I do 2 a days
 
Test Prop/Mast./Winny = Good to go! Can keep the doses moderate:
test - 200mg eod for 12 weeks
mast - 150mg eod for 12 weeks
winny (tabs) - 50mg/day for last 6 weeks (I say tabs because they are cheaper and trying to help you out by preventing you from pinning
everyday)
Also run HCG starting week 3 @ 250iu's twice a week (total of 500iu's/week)
Get a good AI, I liked Clomid for my pct, but take a look there are some good threads about pct on here that would be more beneficial to you then what I just suggested and much more detailed as to what and why with good dosages.

My brother did a cycle of Winny Tabs only at like 40 or 50mg ED for 6 weeks. He put some muscle on, tightened up, and had a slight recomp effect. Shoulders started to pop and he got some new veins. No side effects. Easy, cheap, effective, and good for just a little extra help getting the finishing touches ;)
I like Anavar better though but that's just how I feel, some people swear by winny.
 
Aas cutters work really well if your already low in fat. If your high in bf its not going to do much for you. Waste of gear n money imo.

You need to DIET!!! Take vitamin b12, grape seed extract, forskolin, glucomanan. These will aid and their natrual. Every ten pounds of muscle you get 3 pounds of fat.

DIET and CARDIO is the only way!

85% diet
10% working out
05% gear

If anything I'd drop everything and run test only if you were going to run something. 300-400mg a week for 10-12 weeks followed by a pct. Test will shread the most fat since it sounds like your already high in bf.
 
Unfortunately , the only thing that will help you lose fat is cardio and diet! I have known people to run extended cycles of EQ and Test while dieting and it assisted them in losing their fat! If you decide to run a cycle keep it simple! Run 1 or 2 compounds and that's it!

Week 1-12
Test e 350
EQ. 400 to 600 depeding on how you react to each , you can adjust your dosages accordingly !

Agreed. Aas will only aid in loosing fat. If you keep protien high which permits lean muscle gain you should be able to keep alot of size with loosing fat.
