That said, it doesn't matter whether you're bulking or cutting, saturated and trans fats are BAD. Complex carbs could be good or bad, depending on their glycemic index and what you're eating them with. Personally I'd stay away from processed stuff like Museli, simply for quality's sake, but it's better than eating marshmallow cream and donuts. Just enjoy yourself and make the most of your calories now, while you have the luxury of not being on a diet.
