Question about platinum discounts on supplements?

Under what conditions do I get a platinum $11.97 per month discount on supplement orders? Do I have to spend a minimum amount, say, $100 before I recieve this discount?

If I am a lifetime member, do I still get this discount, or is this only for people who pay monthly?

What are the shipping costs like outside the USA (i.e. New Zealand)? Are the orders couriered (extremely expensive) or is a more cost-effective (but obviously slower) form of shipping offered?

The price of shipping per-se isn't a problem. Since we don't manufacture these supplements locally, the stores I buy from here have to order in from overseas so their supplements are expensive also for that reason.

The stores don't get their stock couriered though, but shipped at a cheaper rate. If a non-courier option for shipping is available, it would still be cost effective for me to buy them in the USA. I don't mind waiting for weeks or 2 months even.
