Question about pinz?

It's fucked up in Penna bro. If you go to the local cattle store(like Quality Farm & Fleet), you can buy them there no problem. I think the thinnest guage though might be 22, but still. No deal though in the pharmacies. Although I have never had any problems purchasing Insulin OTC there. As if the pins would kill you first if misused or something. Who knows.

I agree with this. I use 20 g. to draw up the fluid and then switch the needle to a 23 g. 1 1/2 to inject into the glute. It's not necessary but it draws up quicker with a slightly larger gauge.
