Question about online source procedure (no names)

I wanted to know if this sounded like regular procedure.
They ship regular mail, no signature required
Take credit cards and western union MO,
They say that CC is the safest payment method, I've always heard outherwise.
They also state that they have 100% success shipping into the states, which even never having used online sources, even made me suspicious.
Just wanted to see what you more experianced bros thought of this. I checked the scammers page and did not see their name, but I'm sure there are new ones daily.

Secure email...These sources are often ok..Just make sure you order small. They can always set you up on a big order. PM me

credit cards are not safe to use period.

Western Union is usually preferred.

I doubt that they have 100% shipping success to the States because even the good sources get a package nabbed here and there.

This sounds like a pharmacy and not a particular source.
