Question about nips..please help

New to the board. Since I started going through puberty, I had puffy nipples. Extremely embarrasing to say the least. My stats are 5'11" 215. I was around 250 when I started dieting and conforming my workouts to lose fat. I can't tell you my exact body fat percentage because I can't leave the house for anything except school and groceries(legal problems) and I don't own a body fat tester. I have a heavy bag that I use for cardio and I work out with weights 5-6 times a week. My workouts are pretty thourough considering that all that I have is a flat/incline/decline bench, olympic dumbells with interchangable weights and a olympic EZ bar. I usually perform 4 sets per excersize and about 5 excersizes per muscle group, two muscle groups per day. I hit the heavy bag for about a half hour and do pushups and sittups before I eat breakfast in the morning. My diet is 5 small balanced meals a day. I have heard mixed reviews about Yohimburn, but I am hoping that I could get some expert opinions on whether or not it might work for my individual circumstances. As I said, the puffiness began when I started to go through puberty. In addition to the puffiness, I have soft fat pockets behind the nipples that has been hard to get rid of. I still have fat on my abdominals too, but everything else is pretty toned. I will be able to start hitting the gym and running in the morning on January 15. Counting the days. Any help much appreciated. Thank you.

With the nipples it is hard to say whether they will respond to yohimburn or not. MOST puffy nips do respond. You probably should get the DF, if you decide to try it.. as water retention often makes it hard to tell if it is working in the PARTICULAR area.

If your nips do not respond just use the yohimburn elsewhere.

and invest in some bromocriptine or other dopaminergic (to suppress prolactin which is the other primary cause of puffy nips)

could you describe your ab fat pattern (it makes it easier to determine response)
more frontal fat or is it more like the "tire"

mac,
How long before you know if it is working? I've been using it 5 on 2 off for about a month now on my chest and haven't really notice much difference. Should I lay off for a bit to see if I'm retaining water? - Thanks

Thanks for replying macro. The ab fat I would describe as frontal more than the 'tire'. The problem with the cardio that I do is that I can't measure my heart rate. I try to elevate it for an extended period, but as I said, I can't leave the house so my cardiovascular options are severely limited. I feel like I am better off sticking it out and punching the heavy bag rather than to invest in some BS machine like a bike or elliptical runner that I will never use again after January. What I am getting at is whether the Yohimburn is a good investment for me at this point. Is this stuff good only under strict cardiovascular conditions or is it flexible? Also, is it good to apply the stuff prior to weight training? Thanks a lot for any help.

MS245,

cardio is not necessary.. but CALORIC DEFICIT IS...

but cardio is helpful, especially if applied right before (20-30min) + you get increased endurance and less percieved exertion (for most people)

for increased fat loss most people stack with ECA or NYC..

Thanks mac...my NYC arrived yesterday. I held out on the Yohimburn until I posted on the board and got a few opinions. I'm going to get a bottle. Worst case scenario, $60 down the drain.

update

I am waiting for the Yohimburn...The NYC is pretty good. Less jitters than ECA, but I am looking in getting some clen and alternating it with the ECA. A friend of mine gets clen from some sort of online pharm, but I don't know if it's legit. Will keep you updated Mac.

I will keep you updated mac, but I am a little bit out of it right now because I jammed my thumb pretty badlly while tossing the football. I'll get at you in a week or so when I start to use this stuff. Another quick question which I'll post in the diet section also: are mixed nuts a bad idea when eating to lose fat??

more than small amounts, probably...

nuts have a decent fatty acid profile, but they are very calorie dense...
