Question about my PCT

Hey guys, i recently did my first cycle (500mg test-e every week). I could not sleep anymore at week 6 because of some construction work day and night near my home (pumpmachines making noise day and night). So i had to abrupt my cycle... i did 7 weeks of 500mg test-e, but now my question: i am 19 days in my 20mg nolva PCT, is this enough because of the short length of the cycle or should i still do a 4 week PCT?
