question about MSN Messenger

I have noticed when you sign out, and if I want to exit out of the the whole program after I sign out, it says something about not being able to because other processes may be using it, and you must open task manager to close it out. is it running some sort of spy ware in the background? is that the reason it wont let you close it without using task manager? Sometimes it lets me close it just by right clicking the icon and hitting exit, but 85% of the time it says that error

i usually get that mofo when i have used the hotmail email addy associated with it, or am using it at the time

make sure u close the hotmail window i guess

Yeah that's what I thought, but tried it with no windows open and does the same thing

That happens to me when Outlook Express is opened.
