question about missing an injection?

Ok heres the deal, I just started a test e and eq cycle (500 and 400 mg/week respectively) Doing injections on sunday and wednesday. Im going to visit my parents for xmas leaving on wednesday the 22nd so I can do a shot before I leave, but wont be back in town until tuesday the 28th so I will miss my injection on sunday the 26th. Whats the best way to account for this? Should I double up the dosage on the 22nd or just skip it all together and resume normal injection cycle when I get back?

keep on schedule take it when u get back then stay right on by taking the same amount of days starting now tuesday and sat you will be fine

Yeah its ideal to maintain a steady high test level, but missing one shot wont ruin your cycle. As for doubleing your next inject definately not, just continue as is. Its just a little speed bump thats all.

Test E and Eq? Who the hell cares about two days with them, they both have long enough esters. Just shoot on the 28th and pretend its the 26th, and then continue like normal.

one time i was 4 days late on a sust shot, so i made up the difference, did the next shot 2 days early then the next 2 days early then stayed normal. bust uf ass twice as hard and long in the gym.

Why, do you normally work out at 50% intensity when you are on your correct dosing schedule?

no i workout 110% all the time for about an hour n a half, but if i'm having a bad day i'll go slower but stay for 2 hours.
