question about medication

is there such thing as medication that is non-addictive, that can diminish feelings of depression and anxiety?

with issues like those instances of psychological addiction are high

there are a couple non script meds (ie st johns wort) which dont really fall into the 'addictive' category which would suit your purpose

if youre feeling depressed/anxious, however, first thing to do is find the root cause and deal with it...drugs alone arent fantastic at dealing with the problem

I don't think that anit-depressants are addictive. That is just my personal thoughts....Welbutrin is good without the weight gain. I know that some people have used St johns wort for depression...

That is what I have read....I don't know the exact amount that they would take to begin to feel better, but someone on here might
