question about injecting?

OK im on my second cycle and it seems like injecting in my shoulder, just keeps getting more and more painful...like it will go threw the skin but right after, its like a thin wall of pain the harder i push the more it hurts and i can barely do it..is this normal is this signs of scar tissue or something...

Stop injecting in the same spots all the time. Learn to use others. Quads are a good spot.

ya ive tried quads twice and had a bad experiece with pain one of the times so i stopped. and im like 2 days late on a deca/test injection is that gunna mess me up at all?

i rotate delts and quads, you'll develop some scar tissue but you can avoid this

heat up your vials
inject before working that muscle group
after injection rub & mash the shit out of that spot
apply heat if necessary, cvs has those adhesive heating pads for $4, they last about 6 hours

also, what size pins are you using?
