I have been doing a lot of research (newbie) on fat burners & it seems as though most products are useful when you are already at an excellent body fat percentage.
Shamefully, my fat percentage is at 30% (I am in the "slightly overwieght" range). I am just now eating decent (fish, chicken, vegs) & starting slowly with work outs (recovering from sinus surgery).

I would wait on the supps until you NEED them... lets say, when you stall out and need the extra PUSH .
If you have NO energy in the am for cardio/training that you need something to get you going, CB helps me with that. BUT if I can go without it, I wont use it until I NEED it... If you are ok with the energy then I'd run with nothing right now and add a fat burner when results slow down.
Im pretty confident if you stick to the plan and dont have any major health issues you WILL see some favorable results without supps. They 'supplement' a diet/traininng program already in place.. gets those down first, run it for a few weeks, then see what happened, changed, making progress etc...

Some rave about it, but I think from my mini research, and not very credible to many lol, 4 out of 5 that do NOT feel the trex have used the ec or eca prior.. for extended periods, all receptors may need a break at that point...
I dunno, They use 'different paths' but I never really got the jolt from trex either and I didnt use E since it was in the old hydroxycut how many years ago??
The CB though, that works for me without giving me the cracked out feeling...

I did 25 minutes cardio without the supp. & I felt pretty energetic...so I am definetly taking your advise on holding out until I hit a platau. I was surprised how much energy I actually had naturally! I have not done ANY cardio of any sort for 3 solid weeks!!!
Did you take with or with out carbs? Thanks, just what I needed to hear. I hate the crash that I get mid-afternoon..I am taking EC now, but want to switch up..I have never tried HH, though. I am very tolerant to stimulants and have tried a lot that have done nothing...guess I should just take a shot on it..Have you seen any actual fat loss with this usage? i've always been a HH fan... this compares to HH pretty well... give you energy, but no crash... like with HH and most other fat burners you get a burst of energy then nothing... with this I have good energy from 5AM til about 2-3PM when i take my next dose...
