Question about Honey

Prior to working out, I have been having a tbsp of honey (60cals). Is this worth it? I'm not sure if I'm noticing a difference.
 
Right, 60 calories - regardless of the source - isn't going to impact energy levels very much at all. So no, on it's own, a tablespoon of honey isn't going to influence your workout.

Go with a slow burning carb source (e.g., oats, brown rice, whole wheat bread) about an hour before your workout, and the honey won't make a difference.
