question about high/low estrogen

While in Gyno excess fat cells produce extra estrogen so then losing belly fat when one takes aromasin should release excess estrogen into your system. The question is as long as there are visible Gyno signs like breasts and belly fat is it safe to assume that your estrogen won’t go to low when you take aromasin? Do you need to use up all the estrogen dominance before becoming deficient?

Thanks

Not sure I understand what your getting at. Fat produces estrogen but not via aromatase. That being said aromatase inhibitors will have little bearing of E produced from fat. That however does NOT mean you can make a blanket statement that its safe to assume you cant take too much aromasin. Your aromasin dose should be adjusted according to your E levels that are monitored via blood tests.

Thanks for the response
I can see my question as lacking in clarity. I use gel right now as I’m on blood thinners and don’t want to mess with needles on a regular basis. My T levels have been between 550 to 600 for the last year and they are checked every 3 or 4 months. I had my E2 levels checked just before starting the aromasin and they were 35. I’ve been taking 12.5 mgs of exemestane ED for the last 6 days and my belly fat has been slowly disappearing. I still have a way to go but I want to be alert to signs of going to low with E2. My libido is okay and I am not constipated and my joints don’t ache and so I assume I’m fine. I have gone to low before while on exemestane and thought that since I still have some belly flat that I am not yet in the range of being low. I thought there might be some kind of correlation between E2 levels and belly fat.

Belly fat is a poor indicator of E levels. It could just as easily be due to cortisol or a myriad of other things. Blood work should be your guide.
