Question about Gyno

Hi everyone,
I need a little help here, I ran a cycle last year of stanazol injection and Somatropin
This year I used the same cycle, I was on 10 ml norditropine for 2 weeks and 10mg oral stanazolol
On the third week I noticed buffiness in my breasts and slight discomfort, I am also not loosing fat from my belly. I didn't have all these last year.
Actually it was a panic I stopped the cycle and started nolvadex 20 mg and B6 400 mg and purinex 10 mg daily.
Any advice here, could this be real gyno? And if so what I am on now is enough or I should change anything or the doses. Please advise.
