Question about golf and driving the ball

Ok when i drive the ball... i have a wicked slice. i mean i have to aim almost at 9-10 oclock... assuming 12 is straight... in order for it to be in the fairway.. the problem is that i lose tons of distance because of it. my drive now with my slice is about 220-250... i know if i straighten it out it will be over 300... does anyone know any tips on how to hit the ball straight and what i am doing wrong??

i mean i shoot in the 90s, so i am not too bad. i imagine if i fix this i can shoot in the 80s.. thanks for the help

try placing a towel in the armpit of your front arm and practice hitting the ball while keeping the towel from falling.

this should generate the proper swing path and help straighten your swing.
