Question about gear types

Havn't really every posted here before, but have lurked for months. Figured it was time to say hey and possibly get some info from the more educated.

I've read so damn much, I feel almost stupid heh. Does anyone have a site that that would tell you how the different types intereact with each other or how they work together? Does that make any sense?

Here's the deal. I got my hands on cyp, deca, sust 250 (enough for multiple cycles) and a couple of bottles of winstrol. I have clomid, nolvadex and some AIFM for PCT. All I could grab at the moment. I have I've only done two half ass, non educated cycles in the past. I have a buddy that's been doing it for about 8 years and is trying to help me get a cycle going, but what he wants me to do seems like a ton for someone that is a newb. I'm just not comfortable with what he suggested. So I'm here trying to get a bit more info regarding the types I've listed and/or some suggestions.

I'm done with my attempt of cutting for the year, since it's cold and crappy here in CO now. All I know is I want to do this right this time around.

Any comments welcomed.

If its your first "real" cycle id say run a 500mg test C per week for 10 wks..

or maybe

test c 500
deca 300
10-12 wks.. but

...

it all depends on your lifting history/diet/cycle history/training history..so post that up
 
isteroids.com is good too. I read Big Cats profiles on gear dozens of time - good stuff there.

I think simple stacks are the easiest to start out with. Really, 500mg of sust for 8-10 weeks is sufficient for many. Hit the winny at weeks 7-11 if you want and then hit of Clomid, HCG and AIFM.

Been lifing off an on for 15yrs, consistantly for 2.5yrs. I don't keep a a written log (which I should) I have a training partner and the guy has an awesome memory. He's my log heh. I lfit 4 days a week and half ass do treadmill or bike 3 days a week. HATE cardio.

Average day for diet is something like this.

5am
4-6 egg whites, 1cup of oatmill and 3 strips of turkey bacon

8:30am
2 hardboiled eggs (no Yolk) and an apple or orange

11:30am
1 large chicken breast, cup of brown rice, about 15 baby carrots and some raw green beans

3pm
1 Can of tuna, wheat bread, hand full of almonds and an apple or orange.

6pm
Large chicken breast, large sweet potatoe, fried green beans, large salad and a glass of milk.

8pm
Work out

10pm
cup of cottage cheese with almods or raisins in it.

10:30
BED

Cycle history:

3months of dbol in 99. Was too damn funny. Lost any and all gains and looked like a bloated toad.

2002 I took anadrol 50 for 3 months, no pct whatsoever. Gained minor gyno and stretch marks and lost everything else hehe. Oh and my peepee didn't work for a few weeks either lol.

Gotta love the uneducated.

When you pull 12hr shifts in it, it is heh. I shouldn't complain really, I can still feel my fingers and toes at the end of the day =)

You're going to do very well with this cycle. You're training and experience is great to see after 6 months of "I've joined the gym and bought steroids, now what?" on this board.

Test 750mg/wk 12 weeks
Deca 400mg/wk 8 weeks
Winny 50/mg day after the deca in 9-12

You should do very well with that.

Whatrs your trade? and what projects you working on in general? Northfield? Westminster? Southlands? Belmar? or Residential?

Jeep, you got all you need for a nice cycle run. As said, this would be a great stack:

Test 750mg/wk 12 weeks
Deca 400mg/wk 8 weeks
Winny 50/mg day after the deca in 9-12

I'm a groundsman. High voltage underground electrical. I get to play with stuff that could melt the boom on the backhoe I use, if I fuck up heh.

Usuall work up around the Brighton area, sometimes more towards Greeley.

Right on bro. That's pretty close to what I was throwing around, but like I had stated I wasn't sure what worked well together.

I tell ya, when it comes to your health, the reading never ends heh.

Cool screw that electrical crap for me. Thats good work to get into. I actually work not very far from Brighton but closer to Commerce city for the time being I am an Engineer and work for a Developement company. I actually just moved to Denver from Greeley not too long ago.
