question about front loading

suppose you'll be doing a cycle of 500mg test and want to frontload with 1g for the first two weeks. do you take the 1gram on day one or do you take 500mg on day 1 and 500mg on day 4?

If you take it all in one day chances are you will feel ike shit. I would definatly spread it out into at least 2 injections if not more.
