Question about finding real estate

My fiance and I are looking for land in the Central Florida area. 1+ acres to be exact. Do realtors have some sort of "special" database they use to find stuff or are they looking at the same options that I find on various sites such as homes.com, buyowner, houseseekers, etc?

I'm just curious if there would be a difference since we're only looking for raw land. Do they still get tips on what could or could be coming on the market when it comes to land?

there are agents that focus on raw land

you can either search for them in a search or ask local agents if they know anyone who specializes.

there are also certain websites that list land

here are some sites I found just now on yahoo simply searching "raw land florida", they might not be exactly the area you are looking for you but you will be able to see what type of websites you should be looking for:
