Question about encrypted email

I have a question about the encrypted email. I have two old email address's my friend used to use that were GREAT sources for a while. I dont really need more, just wanted to see if they were still a legit secure source. I was going to do like the mods suggest and email them and ask for list and references, but when i went to send to both address's (hushmail) it told me they were not receiving encrypted email, only secure by question and answer? So I didnt send them anything becuase I did NOT want to send a unsecure email, have you seen this before? By the way its not a huge deal, just wanted some feed back....

What good is a password system if you send the emails unsecured? It's like locking a screen door. Use someone else.

yeah i know..thats what i said..but whatever..i am covered for now so nothing lost...just wondered if anyone else had seen that...I though maybe I should have already know the question and password to email them and I was just a retard...lol...thanks

If you email hushmail to hushmail check in your send box. They are sent secure but you can secure them when you send them to other non hushmail accounts by using question and answer. But when sending hush to hush it auto encrypts it. I know becuz I check every single time.
