Question about DNP

Dr. JK

New member
Does it come in capsule and does it give you energy when training or the opposite.
For me epfedrine gives me energy and clen does the oppostie.

One more thing is DNP worth it if you are already lean and just want to take a break from ephedrine?

Thanks

DR. JK

DNP comes in 200mg capsules and will drain every last drop of energy out of you!

It's just a good thing to cycle off ephedrine every 6 weeks-ish anyway. I don't know if you are talking standard OTC thermo formula ECA or building your own stack w/ the components (e, c, a) and in what dosage. You can SERIOUSLY burn out on that stuff, so I highly recommend an off cycle as well.

definitely do not use DNP as a break from ephadrine and it will drain you...most people who use DNP take ephadrione just to function.

Thanks guys for all the replies. After reading all the feedback, I don't plan on using DNP, not for me.

How long do you guys recommend cycling off epfedrine, i.e. 1 week for every 6 weeks?
I use 25mg ephedrine stacked with 200mg caffeine. The most I have gone is up to 50mg of ephedrine in 1 serving.

Peace

I only ran it for about 5 days, 200mg first three, and 400mg last two. I didn't really get the sides others talk about, no massive tiredness, just some night sweating. But I also did not lose much weight. Maybe I'm a bit more resilient to it...dunno, but didn't want to tangle with higher doeses anyway..

I really can't understand the allure of dnp. Sounds like you get yourself so sick and hot that you can't eat or function leading to weight loss- both fat and muscle. Seems alot like catching a really bad case the flu to drop some weight. Am I far off you dnp crazys? j/k I guess some tolerate it better than others but I'll stick to dropping carbs over sane periods of time.

the allure of DNP to most people I know is the dramatic results. I've lost 9lbs in 2 weeks and kept it off. you definitely get drained but with the proper diet and supplements you can still function and still lift just can't max out everyday. I thought i would be a DNP lifer but I think after my next cycle of it i am done.

some people have huge problems dropping fat (most rec BBers imo) and, when on AAS, losing 1lb of muscle to every 5 of fat or so seems like a decent tradeoff

I don't weigh myself everyday during the diet so I'm not sure. I use 200mg for 2 days then up to 400 mg. If I am going to stay on longer then 7 days I use 25mcg of t-3 a day but if I am just using DNP for a week then I do not use T-3 at all. I'm thinking of trying 200mg a day for 3 weeks with using T-3 as well. a less intense longer duration experiment.

That is exactly my reasoning. If i'm 250 and 12% BF then dropping 15lbs of fat and losing 3 lbs of muscle is perfectly acceptable in my book.

I'm just about to come off a 4-week DNP cycle, 400mg a day with 50mcg of t# per day, aswell as other supplements like ephedrine, multivitamins, R-ALA...etc and the fat has dropped off me, I always go by the mirror but it seems that every morning I wake up I am a little bit more ripped than the previous one, I will definatley be doing this again.

Why the T3 with the DNP?
I don't have the medical reasoning but the simple simple explanation is the use of DNP does something to your natural t-3 and T4 production so after "X" amount of days your t-3 is so low it slows fat loss. Something like that. I'm battling a cold and my brain hurts....GD help a brother out and give the man the skinny on t-3 and DNP

i tried DNP and didn't lose squat. I did lose plenty of happiness cuz i always felt like total uber-shit while on it.

3 weeks on one week off.

I understand the actual fat loss part and I'll admit that for quick loss a 1:5 ratio is very good all things considered. I guess my issue is with the feelings of near death that guys tend to come on and post. I can see feeling a little under the weather and getting the results your speaking of, but to hear some of these descriptions guys sound like they are killing themsleves to lose some bf and I start to wonder if its really any better than toughing out the low carbs for a longer period. This thread though has had a lot more guys posting less terrible experiences so I see it is a very individual thing. Getting extreme fat loss in exchange for feeling a little shitty is one thing, I was responding more from hearing guys who post "well its the 4th day and I haven't left my house. I feel like I'm going to die." I swear I saw that almost word for word. Never having used or seen it used, I was a little shocked at the degree of apparent discomfort. I guess I should know by now that with anything there will be those who must f it up.

Then you fucked up somehow. You can't not lose weight on DNP unless you try to out-eat it.

Unless you have some kind of urgent need to drop fat fast, there is no reason to use DNP. The side effects are simply too unpleasant, and your training will go to shit (forget setting any personal bests; geeks in four-inch-think eye-glasses will be lifting more than you, and laughing at you in the showers). Also, yellow jizz looks disgusting (I blamed it on too much Tang that my girl was feeding me).

Women don't seem to be hit with lethargy and feeling of heat as badly as men, though, so most women can enjoy a 200mg/day regimen without too much life interference (barring the possibility of altering the egg DNA or whatever the latest DNP scare is).

lol you said it fine :D

when you use dnp your levels of t3 drop through the floor, and you need to take higher doses of dnp over time to keep getting the same effect. a doctor by the name of nicholas buchensky or something like that i think it was patented the idea that if you supplement t3 along with the dnp, you still get good results at a lower dose, thereby minimising dose related side effects associated with dnp use

if youre keen to know one persons account of dnp use, lok up a journal i posted for a mate of mine, on this board, about...a year ago? or something like that. i chatted to him throughout and helped him write it, so its quite detailed...and the whole "im going to die" phenomenon imo is from people using high doses. in general my mate complained mostly of lethargy, nausea, horrible things in the toilet, and feeling generally unwell/flaked out.

cheerios

Great post as always GD. also a lot of the horrible sides can be taken care of specially if you live alone. My girl is supportive so when i use DNP in the winter i keep the house at 60 and sit around in my boxers. No fans needed and no sweating. eat yogurt and cheese and rectal explosions seem more manageable as well.

I don't think I am even going to bother with DNP this summer because it's too unbearable, even here in the UK, it's ok in the winter but I remember sitting in my room with just my boxers on with about 3 fans pointed at me, sleeping was horrible, I'd wake up and my bed and pillows would all be wet because of the sweating, I think DNP is a winter thing for me!
