Question about Deca Cycle

I read the posts on the deca only cycles. I was planning on doing a deca only cycle as well, I was hoping to learn from someone that is knowledgeble and can advise me on what you do.

I am 6 foot 1 inch, 225 pounds, lean, but overweight in the chest and belly area.

My goal is to lose the gut, stay lean, solid, with definition.

Would a deca only cycle, 6 weeks on, 2 weeks off, 6 weeks on, do any justice for me or is there another approach maybe without steroids?

I have been on and off with weights for about 5 years, mainly because I don't see any decent results so I quit and give up.

Deca won't do this. Actually steroids won't do this. Steroids build muscle. Diet and cardio remove fat. There are no magic pills.
 
I did a deca only it'll put alittle size on you, you'll gain more wait. I'd do it though then a cutting cycle after, maybe fina/winnie and a test

Exactly. When will people figure out that steroids don't build massive cut-up bodies just by the mere act of ingesting them?

If you want it your going to have to work for it. My guess is you didn't see results because you;
a) Didn't train properly.
b) Didn't give it enough time.
c) Didn't coordinate training and diet.
d) All of the above.

I am not trying to slam you bro. but there really isn't an easy way out.
 
If you diet religiously and lift hard, especially with your limited weight lifting experience, you will be a quick gainer. It will not be hard to lean up using natural methods. Deca definately leans me out a bit, but I don't think you're ready for that. If you did do that, you don't want to mess with your six weeks on, two weeks off thing (where did you learn that?). Just run it for 10 or 12 weeks straight.

didn't i read numerous times that if you do DECA alone, you'll have to bring "the woman's friend" with you when you goto bed, because your own parts won't work?

note: "the woman's friend" is a fictitious brandname for something that's about 9 inches long, is battery operated, and buzzes when I (er ah i mean, when someone) twist the bottom......
 
Thanks for the input. I think i'll try lifting again and not use deca. As for diet, what do i need to concentrate on? Some people tell me, keep the fat and carbs low and increase the protein. This is where I don't know what to do. I would like to hear some input on this please.
