Hey guys, just got a union job being an order selector, basically going around the warehouse and stacking cases and making 7 foot pallets. I actually have taken a couple months off working out because my wrists are so sore.

So, if I got enough sleep, good diet, and worked out at least 3 times a week along with the work, you think it would be a good time to take a cycle? I am thinking test/tren. I have done 3 cycles before. Also, the other problem is that I am a recently new dad so I have not been consistent in the gym for about a year now. So I am thinking once my wrists are not sore, to really hit it hard for a couple months and get muscle memory back, then hit a cycle..

No. Get your stuff together get serious and denicated first.

the opposite extreme is sitting on your butt all day which means you have a tendency to gain extra fat.

so that is the reality of it. if your wrists are sore from your job then lifting is gonna pound away even more. it can come back to bite you. might want to condition yourself first at your job and see if you are able to still lift.. if that doesn't work might want to find a new job.

you will find yourself burning a lot of calories all day and all that manual shit is gonna keep you from eating a lot and you will be burning all day.. so learn to pack your food with you and stuff yourself.

its been proven that people who sit on their ass in front of a tv or a computer all day will be hungrier more than people who do manual labor all day. its the way the mind works. I have a computer type desk job and i am stuffing my face nonstop all day.

Thanks guys. Im def gonna wait it out and see if my wrists get better, might get some wrist braces and some cream, and then add in lifting when I can....and then when I am conditioned enough to lift 3x a week and do my work I will cycle. Steve and moya, I eat way more now. I am back to around 185 already from 180 a month ago and starting the creatine as well. I pack a bunch of food in the cooler, and Im gonna start packing more protein stuff and workout meals instead of snacks. I find milk helps a lot as well because like you said I dont feel as hungry but I can stuff down milk since it quenches my thirst and has a bunch of calories and protein.

The pain is in the pads below the thumbs mainly...

if your goal is bodybuilding you can lift light weights and just work the muscle. Kai Greene is a monster and rarely goes heavy (of course that is relative the dude is huge) I know many bodybuilders that are huge and do Half my weight, but 2-3x my volume on many lifts.

^^^ that is a good point by small soldier.

go light in the weight room. your thumb won't get bothered as much.

i went fishing sunday and let me tell you my back is still in pain from wrestling with fish and being neck high in the water fighting the current my legs i can feel them being sore. thats actually a helluva workout being in a current and not moving for 2 hours and wrestling with fish you guys should try that sometime.

i was gonna go to the gym yesterday but thought better of it cause i knew my lifts would of been off. but I'm gonna go today and go very light..
