I was very interested in the diet when I first read it, and decided that I would try it once I'd finished my bulking phase.
Well, now I've gained too much fat and I've said "To hell with bulking".... I know it's against general bodybuilding mentality, but from now on I'm going to stay lean and if I gain muscle, good. If I don't, ah well.
Anyway, I'm quite fat now.... but I did notice on the thread about his diet, he said this is for those people wanting to lose those last few stubborn pounds of fat. Well.... I've got about 25-30lbs of fat I would like to lose.
So should I still go for this diet? Or should I try something else and save Crum's diet until I'm leaner?
