I am using scifits creatine... exact same thing as celltech..

on the bottle it says the best time to take it is an hour before and right after your workout..

does this mean twice per day..

i just bought it and it seems like its almost already gone taking it at that amount..

thanks

sorry but nothing compares to celltech as far as creatine goes....yes take it twice a day ....u might get bloated tho

"Bloated" is exactly what creatine is supposed to do.

Creatine makes your muscle cells retain more water. The benefit of retaining more water in your cells is that your able to increase the amounts of nutrients in those cells, thus giving you the ability to work out harder and longer. This is where the water weight and "bloated" look comes in. Some creatine products combine taurine and glutamine to help in muscle recovery.

I've had limited "success" with strength gains on creatine, and nearly no difference in size.

Ain't that the truth. NOTHING, and I mean nothing compares to cell-tech... well, at least as far as price is concerned. As far as results? Pure creatine, dextrose and some ala will do the job just as well.

What do you mean

"NOTHING and you mean NOTHING compares to cell tech"

Look at the comparison chart in the link...

IMO anyone that pays the extra $$$ for celltech instead of buying the same thing for a cheaper price has to much $$$ lol...

check out the comparison chart... nutrition labels dont lie.

It was a joke. If you read the whole line, I said that nothing compares to the price. As in, cell tech is the most expensive stuff out there. Then if you read the rest of post, you'll see that I was further bashing cell-tech because you can make the same crap out of dextrose, ala, and some creapure.

I guess not a very funny joke :(
