Question about cooking and mushrooms

One of my meals is low fat grounded meat, with some pasta sauce and vegetables. Ive stared to add mushrooms into this.

WHat would you do? Fry up the mushrooms first? og fry the meat, add the sauce and then add the mushrooms?

Im cooking it on a non stick pan with no oil.

brown the meat, drain most all the fat, put the mushrooms in the pan and cook them until they are just how you like them. Then add the sauce.

best yet---

Start with dried porcini mushrooms. Soak them in water to make them moist.
Add the mushrooms to the meat - don't worry about them sticking, that is part of the flavor.

later add water from soaking the mushrooms and de-glaze the pan. Cook it down to the right consistency.. mmmm mmmm

PS.--- most mushrooms get nasty if you rinse them under water to clean them. To clean them before you cook them, you just wipe them with a clean dry cloth. The other guy is talking about dried shrooms. If you have fresh shrooms, avoid getting them wet before cooking them.
