Question about CHEESE!!!!!

OK, this may sound silly...but I'm serious! :)

I'm following a ketogenic diet and I wanted to know if anyone knew if cheese would hinder my weightloss.

I eat chedder, american, and mozz but all have less than 1g carbs and no sugars.....what do you think????

It is a "binder" so at least take some fiber supplement with it. I like apple pectin....it binds to excess fat and dosn't need water from your body's stores to move itself thru (no leg cramping).
