question about chain suspended GMs

when u do 36" and 44 is it cahin suspended GMs, do you use 2 72" and 88" chains to get the proper drops??

My chain is very long.. I just bolt the chain at the right height.

I use 2 8ft lengths of chain, and have a good strong clasp on one end of each one. Then I just adjust to whatever height I want for that training session.
