Question about cell phone records

hd heritage

New member
Was wondering if your cell phone records got subpoena by court, how far back can they go and would that include txt messages. Not the txt count but could they read them. My service is through verizon. My buddy said verizon told him that they themselves cant even read your txt messages. I kinda wonder about that though. Thanks.

not sure if the txt messages are, but with the patriot act I wouldn't doubt it. Memory is cheap too, they could archive everything indefinitely if they wanted.

Its past your bedtime little man. Your mom know you're still up?

Well contain your excitement, it was just a picture saying "you gonna get raped". Calveless isn't one of our brightest members, he struggles with simple tasks. And the number 8.

In this day and time they can do anything they want to do and create new laws to make what they did legal.

Refer to Calveless's picture link

You're using THEIR network.

Kinda like using the network at your work. They can do ANYTHING they want since they're paying for it.

And yes microsoft employees read your gmail as well. Same with myspace folks. Your emails aren't exactly encrypted with 128-bit protection on database servers.

my friend works for an at&t call center and she said they CAN read your text messages. that's scary and shady. if you had a text you accidently erased but needed you can call them and they will retrieve it back for you somehow. how crazy is that. I wouldn't doubt verizon or any others would be different.

bottom line is NOTHING is safe. you're gonna have to go old school and talk in the open and keep your mouth covered while talking.

Why do you think the mob still holds their meetings in public areas?
