My form of cardio is always jogging. It's very simple & relaxing to perform as long as you have an iPod strapped on your arm with the volume turned to it's maximum. However, the problem is the fact you don't want to over-train yourself by A.) running at a high intense speed and B.) running too long. I still question jogging at a slower intensity while your muscles are recovering seeing you're moving your entire body with each step you make on foot, you can feel the wave going throughout your entire body and even feels painful on the muscles that are trying to recover, which concerns me.
I'm curious if there are any other forms of cardio that makes a good alternative to walking while trying to bulk that won't over-train your body but still burning off calories.
