i do not regularly consume any caffeine at all .. so i bought some caffeine pills that are 200mg a piece. i am planning on taking 1 before my workout. not every day though . just on lagging bodyparts for increased intensity.
there are some things i am concerned about however, i have heard that the benefits of creatine are cancelled by taking it with caffeine. is this true? and does caffeine interfere with L-argenine uptake? is caffeine a vasoconstrictor or a vasodialator?
basically in a nutshell i need to know if caffeine is worth it preworkout and how should i incorporate my argenine and creatine into the picture....
