I offered to buy them

Can I do this with out a broker??

Yes. If she's holding onto PEP (as a physical cert), you can buy them off of her or if she's in the giving mood, just swpie them when she's not looking. PEP is holding around $54/shr right now.

I cant swipe em, they're listed in her trust but I think she will leave them to me in her will if I ask

actually she owes me several thousand which will be paid back when she passes on and liquidates her estate

but it would def. be better if she just leaves em to me
