Question about Avatars.....

I wasn't sure if this is the right spot to ask this question, but I didn't see a section on website questions, so I figured what the hell.... I was trying to set up an Avatar for myself, but NOT ONE of the pictures I have fit.... They are all too big, either pixel size or mb.... Is there a way to shrink pics, or decrease their Pixel size or something to make them useable? Most of you guys have good pics, I wanna be like you..... Any help?

Use any photo editing software, like paint shop, click tools...image resize, can be no larger than 170x200 in pixels.

He is none plat so it is 100 x 100

Fuck the tools. We may not hve freedom of juice, but we do have freedom of speech. And freedom of religion...or...um...lack there of.
