but i have a question, is this something that i should break up through out the day or can i just like up all my nolva pills and my letro pill and get it out of the way before breakfast (which would be alot easier)

I've read Letro has a 2-4 day half life, and Nolva has I believe a 7-14 hour half life. So break Novla up, but letro should be good. I've been doing my anti gyno treatment for probably about 1 1/2 months. Just comming off Letro now. (seen some great results, but still not completly gone) I havent been running the Nolva w/ the Letro as I've been told it decreases the effectiveness of the letro. So... I'll begin the Nolva after the letro for afew weeks on its own. (witch should starve the gyno) I suggest you do the same.
