question about anavar dosage

on avergage what is the normanl dosage of anavar a person should take a day to see decent results and do u have to split the dosages up or canu take them all at once...thanks

Take 40-50mg/Day for 8-10 weeks and split the dose up 2-3 times through out the day.

.125mg x bodywieght = "therapeutic" daily dosage. (20mg-30mg/day) If you do a search on here you'll find people are making good gains with this much.

I'd recommend splitting into 3 (or 2) dosages as oxandrolone's half-life is about 8 hours. Or you can take it all in the morning with lesser results, but (supposedly) no effect on HPTA.

yea..i heard there's no effect on hpta....why dont i belive that?
