question about a new mass building routine...

i have stumbled across a six week mass building plan that i definitely want to try out, but i have a mini-problem. i have four weeks until i start my next cycle, and my question was whether or not i should wait to implement the new routine when i start the cycle, or i should i go ahead and start now, since i've hit a plateau. if the details are important then i will outline them later.

i also didnt know whether to post this in the steroid forum or in here, but i just chose one and went with it.
 
It really depends on what the program is. It may not be ideal to begin with. But if you have hit a plateau, you need to do something. Can't lift the same exact routine with the same exact weights for another 4 weeks. Switch it up a little. And give us the routine.
 
new mass building routine? You mean a new mass eating routine? You want to build mass? Eat more than you've ever eaten in your life, until you feel like you can't eat anything else or you'll vomit...then go drink a milkshake.

Seriously, double your calories (or triple them) and you'll grow on the same routine you've been doing.
 
There really is no mass building routine, like ceo said mass eating routine. Your workouts usually are made around your goals and rest and diet dictate that gains. You grow when you sleep, the gym is just a stimulus to make your muscles grow.

Well you don't know and neither do I (how much he's eating), so who are we to say what is hard for him? I've doubled and tripled my claoric intake before. Hell, I once got to almost 5 times my previous caloric intake in order to gain mass. I was once a skinny little guy...not anymore. :D
 
Just start the new routine. I'm guessing you're waiting to get ahold of the gear, so in the meantime start the routine. If it's going well without any anabolic assistance you can always hold off on the cycle. If it's not really working on the new routine, then you know you will need to make changes to the routine to get the most from the cycle.

CEO!!!! You are the man. How is your training going? I am destroying the log book like crazy.
 
Is advice like "double your eating" really on applicable to people on gear? I mean wouldn't anyone else just get fat?
