i have stumbled across a six week mass building plan that i definitely want to try out, but i have a mini-problem. i have four weeks until i start my next cycle, and my question was whether or not i should wait to implement the new routine when i start the cycle, or i should i go ahead and start now, since i've hit a plateau. if the details are important then i will outline them later.
