hey whats up bro's , i got a question i've been working out for aboput a good 6 months . i wanna looseabout 20 lbs but also get bigger in mass . whats the best way. any recommendations of what kind cycle i sould look into ... thanks alot
 
Keep working out. Get on a solid diet. Do some cardio. D'on't think about using until you've exhausted all you natural potential..IMO
 
Take 5g of Ephedra/day... Combine this with 10g Guarana... This should be good to give you the thermo power to melt fa away. :)

Break your meals down to 6-8 potions a day, keeping the protein high, the carbs moderate, and the fats low... Make sure you do a lot of cardio and toning work, drink a lot of water and lay off of the donuts. :)
