quad shot help

Been checking out spotinjection.com and I am still not 100% sure where to stick myself......it will be 1 1/2 cc of tren and cyp. Third shot of my cycle requiring eod inj, hence moving to the quad


How far up from your knee dp you stick ? ?

Is it on the side of your leg or the uper outer part ? ? ?

Place your hand right at the joint (hip)....inject in the area at the tip of your fingers right at the curvature....Don't know if that makes sense but it's the best way I could think to explain it.....

Yeah, it's kinda hard to explain, but it's not like it's a precision thing of exactly where. I was nervous my first quad shot, but now it's my favorite ones.

If you're fairly vascular and shaved, you can usually see some of the veins in your leg. That helps to avoid them.

I do my quad shots about a 1/3 of the way down my leg (hip to knee) from the hip. I try to hit the outter part of it, although I've seen a guy do them in the top of his quad - there's just more of a chance of hitting a nerve here.
