How to work out the inner quad?? It looks badass, thanks for the help.

possibly wide stance squats or leg presses. maybe those machines the girls use.

I'm so glad this was a quad question and not a chest question! At least the quad is actually composed of several muscles, inner being one of them. But like they said, wide stance works well.
